Mr. Sullivan has practiced in the field of Indian law for five years, and previously clerked in the Department of the Interior and National Indian Gaming Commission, giving him a unique understanding of the operation of those agencies.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Patrick worked in the technology sector, holds an M.B.A. degree, and brings a commitment to economic development and entrepreneurship to his practice.

Patrick is a graduate of the Lewis & Clark Law School. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and the District of Columbia.
